Police investigating Norwood bank robbery

NORWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

Authorities are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Friday evening in Norwood.

Police say the robbery occurred at a U.S. Bank on the 4500 block of Montgomery Road.

According to officials, the suspect is described as a male white, or possibly light skinned male black, wearing a dark gray hoodie, black gloves, prescription glasses and a mask over the lower portion of his face.

Police say the suspect passed a note to the teller but did not display a weapon.

The suspect ran in an unknown direction.
