According to friends, Dan Muscarella was in the process of remodeling his home when he passed away.
Now businesses and residents of Anderson Township are getting together to help complete that renovation.
The volunteers will be working on the house all day Saturday. Then a public vigil will be held after the work is complete at Anderson Station at 6:30 p.m.
A family friend says several companies from all over Cincinnati have donated their resources to help including Evans Landscaping, Muenchen's Furniture, Bond Furniture, Chick Fil A, Busken Bakery, Dunkin Donuts and LaRosas.
