A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 9PM TO NOON MONDAY.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM 7PM TO NOON MONDAY.

Our next weather maker is taking aim for the Tri-State. A rain and snow mix will develop after about 7pm and eventually change over to just snow showers after midnight. The snow will then taper off during the morning hours Monday. However, travel conditions will be hazardous during the morning commute with reduced visibility and slick roads. This event will bring the potential of snow accumulations in between 2-4”. Another blast of arctic air will slide into the region once this system moves off to the east. As a result, daytime highs on Tuesday will only be in the 20s. Stay tuned!
