An early winter blast hit the Tri-State this morning, shattering a 94-year-old snowfall record.  Scores of schools closed, power was knocked out to more than 7,000 Duke Energy customers and the morning commute was a gridlocked mess. Tuesday morning could be even worse. FOX19 NOW Meteorologist Frank Marzullo has details.
