LOVELAND, OH (FOX 19) - Residents of a Loveland apartment building had to be evacuated Monday as police investigated a methamphetamine lab.
Authorities say officers responded to an apartment in the 600 block of Park Avenue for a report of trespassers. When police arrived, they found multiple people in the apartment building who were not residents.
Two of the men, Michael Brock, 37, and Jason Hall, 41, were charged for criminal trespassing and obstructing official business. Officials say Brock also had an outstanding felony warrant on his record for aggravated arson.
During the investigation, officers also found a 'one pot' manufacture of meth in a bedroom closet.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) Clandestine Lab Team responded to the apartment building to help investigate and remove the materials. Officials say all the materials were removed and the apartment has been declared safe.
No other charges have been filed at this time.
All residents of the building have since returned to their apartments.
