Good afternoon,

It was so brutally cold this morning, the Tri-State matched a weather record set before any of us were born. It's going to be a long winter at this rate. Luckily, a brief respite is coming with temperatures near 60 degrees. FOX19 now Meteorologist Frank Marzullo has details in his extended-day forecast.

A 15-year-old girl struck and severely hurt by a car as she headed to school last month made an important first step toward recovery this week. Friends have set up a crowd-funding page to raise money to help with her upcoming expenses.

A FOX19 Investigation: We have the list of some Tri-State teachers disciplined by state Department of Education in Ohio and Kentucky.
