Hebron man arrested for inappropriate contact with teen, provided marijuana to her

HEBRON, KY (FOX19) -

Hebron Police arrested a man Wednesday for having inappropriate contact with a 13-year-old girl inside his home.

According to police, Gary Acree, 43, was charged with use of  a minor in a sex performance, sexual abuse, and unlawful transaction with a minor after he provided her marijuana on two occasions in exchange for her taking and sending nude photos of herself.

Boone County Sheriff Tom Scheben reports that Acree also smoked marijuana with her on two occasions and provided marijuana to her for allowing him to touch her buttocks. 

Police say that Acree is known to the family of the victim.

Acree is being held in the Boone County Detention Center with a $250,000 cash bond.
