One person was seriously injured Saturday night when two vehicles crashed into a Roselawn building.Police say the crash happened around 10:30 p.m. at Reading Road near Section Road when Alexander Foster, 23, ran through a red light. He was allegedly racing another vehicle.
As he was going through the red light, Foster crashed into a car driven by Tarina Simms, 40.
Both cars went off the road. Foster's car struck a tree and then hit a building.
Simms had to be extricated from her van by emergency crews. She was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious injuries, police say.
Foster was not injured in the crash.
Authorities say excessive speed is a factor.
