State Rep. Alicia Reece (D-Cincinnati) plans to introduce legislation that would require bright colored or florescent strips on all BB guns, air rifles and airsoft guns sold in Ohio. The move comes after a Fairfield man holding an air rifle was shot and killed by Beavercreek police earlier this year and a weekend police shooting that killed a 12-year-old boy who was holding a BB gun.
