Good morning. It's 35 degrees with calm winds. Ferguson buildings burn after grand jury decision. Local reaction on FOX19 NOW Morning News.

Reporter Sara Celi is live at the federal courthouse in downtown Cincinnati, where a "Hands up for Justice" rally is scheduled for 5 p.m tonight in light of a grand jury declining to indict a Ferguson police officer in the death of an unarmed teenage suspect. The local rally is part of 17 others being held across the county today by Rev. Al Sharpton's National Action Network. 

Reporter Dan Wells is live all morning at St. Vincent de Paul in the West End, where preparations are underway to give out Thanksgiving meals to the needy. Request for help are up this year. Many families once considered middle class are now asking for assistance. What's changed?
