Good morning. It's 27 degrees with a wind chill of 20. Good weather day for holiday travel. Several arrests at Ferguson rally in Cincinnati.

It's 27 degrees with a wind chill of 20 on this Thanksgiving Eve. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with a high of 41 degrees later. Reporter Dan Wells is live at the federal courthouse in downtown Cincinnati, where a rally Tuesday night that started out peaceful to protest no indictment for the Ferguson officer who shot and killed an unarmed teenager ended in chaos and arrests. Several protesters walked onto Interstate 75 at Ezzard Charles Drive in the West End, ignoring police warnings to stop.
