GOLF MANOR, OH (FOX19) -

A mother could face charges after her 8-month-old baby went missing Wednesday, prompting authorities to issue an Amber Alert.

Riley Keon's grandmother has custody of him, but Corlise Settles is accused of taking the infant from the woman's Golf Manor home.

Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services asked for the Amber Alert to be issued because Settles, 24, who frequents Over-the-Rhine, has no permanent address or steady income.

The baby was found safe Wednesday, according to police, who identified his mother as a suspect in the case.

Settles was arrested on outstanding bench warrants related to other, unrelated cases of theft and falsification, court records show.

She is held without bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center and will face a judge Friday morning.

Officials say a court hearing already was scheduled for this week to discuss custody of the baby.

He is now in the care of the county.
