A Kentucky man has died from injuries after being crushed by a tree he was attempting to cut down.
According to Kenton County Police, Stephen Price, 67, was helping family members cut down a large tree at a home in the 4400 block of Ernst Bridge Road in Ryland Heights when he was struck by the tree as it was pulled down. Emergency crews responded to the home around 11:30 a.m.
Price was pronounced dead at the scene by an AirCare physician, according to authorities.
The accident is under investigation by the Kenton County Police.
