AMBERLEY VILLAGE, OH (FOX19) - A Roselawn man with a history of being accused of exposing himself to female joggers in the Hyde Park area is under arrest again.
This time, authorities say, Darnell Dukes, 37, exposed himself to a woman and police in Amberley Village.
Officers took him into custody about 1 p.m. Sunday, about an hour after a woman identified him as the suspect who exposed himself to her near the intersection of Section Road and Elbrook Avenue.
Then, police say,he allegedly exposed himself to them inside their Ridge Road booking room.
Dukes is held without bond at the Hamilton County jail on three counts of public indecency. His case comes back up in municipal court on Dec. 11.
Last year, six counts of public indecency were dismissed against Dukes after he was accused in a series of exposures to women running or walking in the Hyde Park area over the last few years.
All of the charges were filed under one case number, and the maximum amount of jail time he could have received was 30 days, his attorneys successfully argued.
Dukes had already served 30 days in jail after failing to post bond.
The offenses were reported between August and October of 2011 throughout Hyde Park, including Observatory, Shaw, Erie, Zumstein and Linwood avenues.
Since 2011, police have received multiple reports of a man targeting female joggers in the Hyde Park Square area.
In 2012, reports were made of a similar situation.
