DELHI TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A theft suspect is under arrest after police say he posted pictures of himself inside a stolen vehicle on social media.

Charles Harrell, 28, of Delhi Township, was charged Monday while he was locked up at the Hamilton County jail on another theft case.

According to court records, he met the victim at a Downtown club in August.

The two went to the victim's apartment. The next morning, Harrell was gone - and so was the victim's 2011 Nissan Altima valued at $15,000, police wrote in court records.

Also missing: a television, gaming systems, a watch, laptop computer and two cell phones valued at another $1,900.

Investigators said they linked Harrell to the crime through his DNA. He left a bandana and empty bottle of liquor at the apartment.

He also posted pictures of himself inside the stolen Nissan on social media.

West Chester police found the vehicle Sept. 30. The woman behind the wheel at the time told authorities she got the car from Harrell.
