Second arrest made in Winton Hills murder

WINTON HILLS, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested a second man in connection with a fatal shooting in Winton Hills.

On Sept. 11, police arrived to the scene of a shooting in the 5400 block of Bettman Drive where they found two people with gunshot wounds

The first victim found was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center where they were treated for injuries. 

The second victim, Wynton Burton, 28, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Police arrested one suspect--Greg Summerlin, 28--in the case on Sept. 23. He was charged with aggravated murder for the death of Burton. Summerlin has since been indicted and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. 

On Oct. 9, Cincinnati Police announced that they were looking for a second suspect in the case--19-year-old Priest Huffaker. 

Authorities say Huffaker was arrested by police on Tuesday on open murder warrants connected to Burton's death. 

Police are not releasing any additional information related to the surviving shooting victim.
