Hartwell fire takes more than three hours to put out

HARTWELL, OH (FOX19) -
A Hartwell fire that required 52 firefighters took about three hours to put out Monday night.
The fire broke out in the 8400 block of Curzon Avenue around 11 p.m.
Officials say when fire crews arrived on scene there was heavy fire coming from the back of the house. The flames had already spread from the first floor to the second floor, making it impossible for firefighters to enter.
More than 50 firefighters and multiple agencies were called to help battle the flames, which took about three hours to put out.
According to officials, there were three people in the home at the time of the fire but they were able to get out safely. No injuries were reported.
