CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A couple of crashes clogged the morning commute along southbound Interstate 75 toward Downtown Tuesday.

A trailer attached to a semi overturned after the semi collided with a vehicle about 5:20 a.m. near Ezzard Charles Drive, according to Cincinnati police. One person was hurt.

The right three lanes were shut down until 8:20 a.m. That backed traffic up past Mitchell Avenue, leading to 45-minute delays, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Then, just as the highway fully reopened, a second accident was reported near the Western Hills Viaduct, snarling the commute again. Only the left lane is open.
