Good morning, Tri-State! It's 26 degrees with a chance for snow flurries later. There's a proposal to expand Cincinnati's streetcar route. Tune into FOX19 NOW.

The week is ending with colder-than-normal temperatures. It's 26 degrees with a wind chill of 20 at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Will we climb above the freezing mark by this afternoon? Tune in at 6 a.m. for meteorologist Frank Marzullo's forecast.

Work on Cincinnati's streetcar isn't complete yet, but one group already wants to see the route expanded. Reporter Sara Celi is live at 6 a.m. in Dry Ridge, where authorities are calling in help from federal officials to find a man accused of assaulting six people, including some with special needs at a home early Wednesday. Eric Unthank, 42, was armed with a club when he broke into the Ten Mile Road home, officials say.
