Sycamore Township homeowner does unique and unusual nativity scene with zombies

DEER PARK, OH (FOX19) - One Sycamore Township homeowner did a very usual and unique nativity scene this Christmas.

"I wanted a nativity scene and I worked with what I had," said Jasen Dixon.

In place of a baby Jesus in the manger, owner, Jasen Dixon, placed a baby zombie in the manger.

"I didn't really pay it any attention until the different color lights came on, then finally the baby was put in the manger," said Dan Fluker, a neighbor.

Dixon says he manages 13 Rooms of Doom haunted house and he had all kinds of props left but none of them were pretty.

"The neighbors don't like it. My father hates it and anything bad that happens he blames it on that. On the average we probably get 30 or 40 cars stop and taking pictures, getting out with their camera. People that follow zombie movies and stuff like that love it," said Dixon.
