PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) -

A 43-year-old woman was killed in an accident on the Eighth Street Viaduct early Tuesday, Cincinnati police said.

Stacey Curtis of South Fairmount was found lying in the 1900 block of the road when officers responded just before midnight. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

She stopped her 2007 Saturn Ion in the eastbound lanes to secure her load and was struck by an eastbound 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser, police said.

A man in her vehicle, Ivan Bingham, 45, was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the PT Cruiser, Rassudan Uruhu, 57, was not hurt.

Alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in the crash.

An investigation remains ongoing.
