Ingredients:

7 oz Atlantic salmon

2 oz green beans

1 oz red pepper

3 oz black rice

1 oz miso butter

1 oz soy sauce

0.5 tsp garlic

1 oz sunflower shoots

In a hot skillet, season and sear salmon

In a smoking hot skillet add 2 tbsp of olive oil, blister green beans and peppers for 10 seconds

Toss beans and peppers in garlic & soy sauce

In a hot skillet, heat rice with a touch of butter and white wine, season

Place rice mix on plate, top with beans and peppers

Place Salmon on top of beans

Top salmon with miso butter & sunflower shoots
