Good morning. It's 48 degrees & we'll be under a Wind Advisory today. St. Louis County PD say an officer shot & killed a man last night in a Ferguson border town.

We're keeping a close eye on some showers this morning and you could hear a rumble of thunder this afternoon as low pressure lifts through the region. A wind advisory has been issued for the Tri-State from noon until 10 p.m. with gusts potentially reaching 50 MPH.

Former President George H.W. Bush has been hospitalized. The 90-year-old is being held at a Houston hospital for observation.

Bela the dog was set to be put down last Tuesday after his owner asked that he be buried with her or sent to a Utah sanctuary. #SaveBela started to spread on social media and last night representatives confirmed Bela has been saved in time for Christmas!

A man who pulled a gun and pointed it at an officer has been killed in Berkeley, Missouri, according to St. Louis County police. Berkeley is about two miles from Ferguson.
