A woman has been arrested and charged after she was caught on a surveillance camera using a stolen credit card from a resident at a retirement home where she worked at.
According to a complaint, Dorothy Duckworth, 54, an employee of Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community, removed the credit card from the property of the resident, Delle Taylor.
In the complaint, Duckworth stole Taylor's credit card without her knowledge and while she was asleep.
Court documents say that Duckworth used the credit card without permission to purchase items totaling $185.82 at a Wal-Mart store on Red Bank Expressway.
Duckworth is charged with one count theft and one count misuse of credit cards.
She filed a written plea and her bond was set at $7,500.
