The Bengals lost to the Colts 27-0 in Week 7.
Brown returned a 71-yard punt return in the first quarter to give the Steelers an early 7-0 lead in the first quarter.
Andy Dalton was able to answer Brown's touchdown when he found Giovani Bernard for a 17-yard touchdown on a flip option pass that resulted in a 7-7 tie late in the first quarter.
Dalton had two turnovers which were thrown interceptions in the first-half. He finished the game 27 of 38 with 244 yards and two touchdowns.
"Not the finish we were looking for. Turnovers seem to be issue of the day. We knew it was key to take care of ball," said head coach Marvin Lewis after the game.
The Bengals attempted to hang on until Roethlisberger found Martavis Bryant for a 21 yard touchdown and Shaun Suisham made a 25-yard field goal to pull the Steelers ahead 20-10.
A.J. Green's costly late fourth quarter fumble led to Ben Roethlisberger throwing a deep ball to Brown for a 63-yard touchdown which sealed the victory for the Steelers. Brown finished with seven receptions for 128 yards.
Green left the game after taking a shot to the head. His condition is unknown for next week.
Pittsburgh running back Le'Veon Bell left the game late in the third quarter after taking a shot to the right knee from Reggie Nelson. His condition is unknown for next week.
