Good morning, Tri-State! Dangerously low temperatures arrived overnight. Tune in to FOX19 NOW for details on a wind chill advisory.

The region is under a wind chill advisory through 1 p.m. Thursday as dangerous, subzero temperatures push in. This is the coldest air we've seen in nearly a year, says FOX19 NOW meteorologist Frank Marzullo. Tune in at 6 a.m. for his latest forecast.

With the bitter cold here, city officials are working to take care of the homeless population. A new women's shelter is under construction on Reading Road in Mount Auburn. Tune in for details at 6 a.m. from reporter Miranda Del Pozo.
