A wind chill advisory remains in effect over the next 24 hours with brutally cold temperatures and dangerously cold wind chills that could fall as low as minus 24 by daybreak Thursday. FOX19 NOW meteorologist Frank Marzullo has everything you need to know to prepare for winter's worst.
