AirCare responds to accidental shooting in Hebron

HEBRON, KY (FOX19) -

 AirCare responded to an accidental shooting in Hebron Wednesday night.

A resident inside a home in the 1700 block of Asbury Way called 911 just before 9:30 p.m. and reported his or her 19-year-old son had been shot, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Office.

Initial reports indicate the shooting was accidental.

The man was flown to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

His name and condition were not released.

Sheriff's officials are expected to put out more details Thursday.
