6 arrested after fight at Mt. Healthy High School cafeteria.

MT. HEALTHY, OH (FOX19) -

Six female students were arrested Thursday after a large disturbance broke out at Mt. Healthy High School.

Police were dispatched to the 8100 block of Hamilton Avenue at 1:07 p.m. to assist the School Resource Officer with a fight.

Chief Vince Demasi of the Mt. Healthy Police Department confirmed that the students were arrested during a large fight in the cafeteria of the high school.  

Officers say they requested assistance and the high school went into lock down procedures.

The dispute started over a neighborhood dispute and primarily involved all girls, Chief Demasi said.  

Mt. Healthy police say four juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct, one juvenile was charged with misconduct at an emergency.

One adult, Bianca Crawford was charged with felony assault and resisting arrest, officials said. Another adult, Shanell Metcalf, was charged with misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct.

More charges may be forthcoming pending an investigation.
