Two in custody in hospital shooting
Authorities have taken two suspects into custody in a deadly shooting at a Mississippi hospital. Police in Meridian say one suspect was caught at the hospital, and the other turned himself in. Rush Foundation Hospital is open again after being closed for several hours following this morning's shooting in which one man was killed. Police say the hospital victim was the son of a man who, they say, shot a woman and them himself earlier this morning. Investigators say one of the suspects is the woman's son. Neither of the two people shot this morning suffered life-threatening wounds. Earlier reports that a second person was wounded at the hospital were erroneous.
