BUTLER COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -
The Fairfield father accused of killing 2-month-old son will face a grand jury.
Austin Morris, 23, was charged Friday in the death of his 2-month-old after the infant died from severe head injuries which a social worker said may have resulted from child abuse, according to authorities.
Fairfield Municipal court judge sent the case to a Butler County grand jury or consideration of charges.
Morris is currently in Butler County Jail.
He faces one count of second-degree felonious assault and one second-degree felonious count of endangering children.
Additional and more serious charges will be considered by the grand jury.
