The Covington Police Department has identified a second suspect in a double shooting that left one man dead and another injured on Jan. 22.
Police are searching for Simeon Dashawn McKinnie, 20, for murder and 1st degree assault. McKinnie, who goes by 'Gotti', is considered armed and dangerous.
The original suspect Delaun Hayes, 22, of Covington, is also considered to be armed and dangerous, officials said.
The shooting happened around 8:50 p.m. in the 1300 block of Hands Pike near Taylor Mill Road.
Police searched for at least one suspect in the woods nearby, but no arrests were made.
The names of the victims have not been released.
