Bellevue police are searching for a gunman who held up One Stop Liquors & Tobacco over the weekend.

The suspect entered the 6th Street store just after 9:30 p.m. and demanded cash from two female employees.  He ordered them to place the money from the register into a paper bag and then move into the back of the store and lie on the floor.

He took the phone off the front sales counter, unhooked it and threw it on the floor before fleeing. He was last seen running east on Donnermeyer Drive toward Berry Avenue.

No injuries were reported.

Police released the suspect's image from store surveillance footage in the hopes that someone may recognize him. He is described as black and wore a black or navy blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants and tan Timberland-style work boots.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Bellevue police: 859-292-4234 or Crime Stoppers: 513-352-3040.
