Someone is shooting up Great American Tower on Third Street in Downtown Cincinnati. Reporter Megan O'Rourke is live at 6 a.m. with the the latest details on this breaking story. Police just wrapped up a press conference after bullets shattered windows and caused other damage on the skyscraper for the fourth time in the last week late Monday. The gunshots also prompted police to shut down the Lytle Tunnel for the second consecutive night in a row.
