AirCare responded after a man was injured in a fall at the Hamilton Dream Center on Campbell Avenue Thursday morning, the Butler County Sheriff's Office said.
Officials say three men were working in the Dream Center replacing lights in the sanctuary when the lift tipped and a man on top fell.
The man who fell suffered extensive injuries but was quickly stabilized by Hamilton Fire officials, authorities said. He was taken by AirCare to UC Medical Center for surgery.
The victim's name and age have not been released.
