A Bellevue man has been sentenced six months in jail for making bomb threats to Highlands High School last year.
Tyler Swope, 20, will serve six months in jail for terroristic threatening and reporting a false incident.
On Jan. 15, 2014, administrators at the high school said they received a voicemail that reported a bomb threat around 7 a.m. The building was evacuated, and students were transported to Highlands Middle School. Officials received the all-clear about two hours later.
