Two men charged with aggravated robbery in Hamilton

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Two men are in jail after allegedly robbing a woman at gunpoint and shooting a man in the chest in Hamilton.

Hamilton police say they responded to a report of an aggravated robbery in the 1300 block of Pater Ave.

According to police, the two suspects entered the victim's and displayed a handgun. One of the suspects yelled "If you scream, we're going to shoot your kids."

The police report says the suspects knew of a tax return the victim's were receiving and demanded the money.

The female victim, 25-year-old Courtney Miller, was struck in the head by a suspect's handgun. A suspect then shot Christopher Hood in the chest after he tried to help the Miller. He is currently being treated for the injury at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

The Hamilton Police Department with the assistance of the Middletown Police Department, charged Corbin Jenrett, 23, and Henry Lee Williams, 24, with aggravated robbery in connection to the incident.
