Tri-State Teacher Arrested

A Tri-State teacher has been arrested on porn charges

The Hamilton County Sheriff's office has arrested Duane Scott Brown, 34, on two counts of pandering of sexually oriented material involving a minor.

Brown who is teacher at Diamond Oaks was arrested after investigators searched Brown's computer. Investigators say they found child pornography on his computer on the night of January 12.

He is currently awaiting his appearance in court. Both charges Brown faces are second degree felonies.
