SPRINGFIELD TWP, OH (FOX19) -
A man is accused of firing a gun into a vehicle carrying a mother and her three children.
Immanuel Scott, 18, appeared in court Friday and was charged for four counts of felonious assault. His bond was set at $300,000.
According to court records, he rode up in a green Pontiac Bonneville with tinted windows near the woman's Kia Sorento at Zodiac and Mercury avenues about 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
That's when he fired out the back driver's side window, she wrote in a sworn statement.
The mother and her children, ages 15. 12 and 7, were not hurt.
He has threatened her with a weapon before, she told police.
"This is the second time I called about him pulling out a gun," her affidavit reads. "This time he really took action. He also pull (sic) a gun out on my male friend (two) days ago. No mask. No nothing."
