AirCare responded after a Butler County woman fell outside her home and was found suffering from hypothermia overnight.
She was flown to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Her name, age and condition were not released.
Rescue crews responded just before midnight Monday to her residence on Buell Road near Walnut Grove Road, authorities said.
They think the woman was outside in bitter cold temperatures for a few hours.
The temperature was minus 10 degrees with a wind chill of minus 14 just before midnight at the Butler County Regional Airport, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
