marinate the sea bass in the following:

1Tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon of ground fennel seed

1 teaspoon of garam masala

2 Tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon fennel froth

1 teaspoon honey

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon mango powder

combine the following and set aside:

1/2 cup green (unripe) shredded papaya

1/2 cup diced mango (ripe)

1/2 teaspoon diced jalapeno chile pepper

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

place a bed of mixed green on the plate, then spoon on fruit assemblage

pan sear (hot pan) sea bass

serve immediately
