It's been three years since powerful tornadoes left a deadly path of destruction through Tri-State communities.
A total of 12 tornadoes were recorded March 2, 2012 with Moscow, Ohio, Piner, Kentucky and Holton, Ind suffering the most significant damage. The outbreak killed nine people and injured 14.
