WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

A Loveland mother is charged with allegedly selling drugs and driving under the influence while her 4-year-old son was in her vehicle.

Kelsey Noe, 26, faces several drug trafficking and possession charges after officials claim more than 150 pills were found in her vehicle when cops pulled her over last Thursday on State Route 48 at Corwin Nixon Blvd.

A person at the South Lebanon White Castle called officials and reported Noe was unable to stand or keep her eyes open while at the counter, according to an incident report from Warren County Sheriff's Office.

Officials pulled over Noe for failing to use a turn signal shortly after she drove away from the restaurant.

Police say Noe had two syringes in her front pocket and admitted to using heroin that day. Oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, clonazepam, buspirone were also found, according to the incident report.

The 4-year-old told deputies that “his mommy was taking pills and selling them to people,” documents state. Noe's mother picked up the child.

Noe also faces a child endangerment charge. She is currently booked in the Warren County Jail.
