Juvenile's Double Murder Trial

The 15-year old boy charged with killing two men when he was 14 will be back in court this week. Last month David Harris' trial had to be postponed because the witnesses didn't show up. But after a judge issued an arrest warrant, seven of the nine witnesses have been located. Harris' trial is scheduled to begin January 27th. The Over-the-Rhine teen is believed to be the youngest person ever tried as an adult in Hamilton County.  Harris is accused of killing George Vance and David Hutchinson.  The men were robbed and killed four days apart in Over-the-Rhine.
