Pacers players ordered to appear at court hearing tomorrow
Five Indiana Pacers players and four other defendants in the brawl at the Palace of Auburn Hills have been ordered to appear in court tomorrow. The hearing over the November 19th brawl between Pacers players and Detroit Pistons fans is set for Rochester Hills District Court. A prosecutor says he'll request a warrant for any defendant who fails to appear for the conference. Those charged with misdemeanors include Indiana's Stephen Jackson, Ron Artest, Anthony Johnson, Stephen Jackson, David Harrison and Jermaine O'Neal. A tenth suspect faces a preliminary examination tomorrow on a felonious assault charge. He's accused of throwing a chair.
