A man who was shot in the back on Alaska Avenue late Wednesday is not cooperating with investigators, Cincinnati police said.
The victim, 21, ran to a house for help about 9 p.m., said Lt. Tim Brown, the night chief.
He was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he is expected to recover.
No arrests have been made.
