Shootings left three people injured and three dead in a 24-hour period across Greater Cincinnati over the weekend.
The four separate incidents broke out during the first weekend of Spring, prompting police to say the warmer weather could have played a role.
"When spring and summer hit, and people get back out, things happen,” said Officer Doug Day, spokesman for Fairfield police.
The fight at Wise Guys Bar and Grill on Dixie Highway spilled into the parking lot around 1 a.m. Witnesses reported hearing nine gunshots fired as some 50 people took part in the brawl.
Officials found a 55-year-old man dead when they arrived. Police identified the victim as Vincent Brown.
A second gunshot victim was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
A man was found shot on the sidewalk Saturday night outside the 'Good Brothas' bar on Savannah Avenue.
Derek Lamont Jones, 28, had sustained multiple gunshot wounds when North College Hill Police responded around 11:15 p.m. Jones was pronounced dead at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Shots were fired around 1 a.m. outside a house party in Corryville near University of Cincinnati's campus, according to police.
Two people were taken from the Eden Ave home with non-life threatening injuries.
A woman died after being shot in the chest around 1:30 p.m. at Beekman Street and Moosewood Ave. in Millvale.
The victim, Adaezia Flowers, died en route to the hospital. She was just 20.
Michael Duett, 30, was charged Monday with murder and his bond is set at $1 million.
A motive was not disclosed.
