Man stabbed, innocent bystander shot in Millvale

MILLVALE, OH (FOX19) - A man was stabbed, and an innocent bystander was shot during an argument Tuesday night, Cincinnati police said.

Both are expected to recover.

A woman stabbed a 23-year-old man twice in the back as they argued on Nottingham Drive about 9 p..m., said Lt. Tim Brown, the night chief.

The argument moved onto Williamsburg Drive, where the woman pointed out the man to a friend or relative, saying: "That's him!"

The friend or relative shot at the man but missed. Instead, an innocent bystander, a 29-year-old woman, who was shot in the face and leg.

The suspects in the shooting and stabbing fled the scene and remain at large.

The victims were taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

One of them, the man who was stabbed, is not cooperating with investigators.
