Three small children were found in a home with a methamphetamine lab and their mother was arrested Tuesday night.
Diana Sunderhaus, 33, is was indicted Friday on illegal manufacture of drugs and three counts of child endangering. She will be arraigned next week.
Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office responded to her East Miami River Road home about 7 p.m. to meet with a Children's Service case worker.
When they arrived, they found hazardous chemicals used to cook meth.
The children, ages 4, 9 and 12, were evacuated. Miami Township paramedics evaluated them and their mother. No injuries were reported.
Agents with the sheriff's Regional Narcotics Unit (RENU) were summoned to remove the dangerous chemicals.
