CINCINNATI (FOX19) -

With the spin of a wheel Cincinnati Children's Hospital was gifted 10,000 dollars on Wednesday.

It may be March, but Wheel of Fortune played “Secret Santa” for Children's Miracle Network to make the donation happen.

Morning Anchor Kara Sewell presented the check on behalf of FOX19 NOW to siblings Zion and Zhania Coleman, who eagerly accepted the check on behalf of Children's Hospital.

“This will go towards a lot of kids needs and any research for cures or anything so this means a lot to me and the other kids”, says Zion Coleman.

The brother and sister both underwent a heart transplant two years ago and only seven weeks a part. They were the hospital's first successful sickle cell disease heart transplant - and the two couldn't be doing better.

“It was tough but I did get through it. And my brother would call me every day and check on me. It was tough,” said Zhania.

Cincinnati Children's says the money will be used for equipment and priority areas including their blood diseases and heart institute where Coleman kids received treatment.

The hospital recently expanded their research facility into a 15 story building because they outgrew the former - making them the largest pediatric research facility in the country.

The donation comes from a two weeks Wheel of Fortune episodes dedicated to the "Secret Santa Sweepstakes."
